SupportYourApp team is looking for an exceptional Quality Assessment Manager, who can launch and carry on Quality Assessment for a global payments solution support team.

Must-have skill-set:

• strong command of English (B2+)
• 1 year of proven Quality Assessment experience
• ability to analyze massive amount of data (emails & calls)
• analytical mindset
• ability to present data and suggest solutions
• knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint or similar software

Will be a great plus:

• Technical background
• Experience in customer support

What will you do:

• monitor and assess support team's calls and emails
• analyze data and present analytics
• work closely with supervisors and managers
• offer solutions for team improvement
