Job Description

Working within the Mobile and Web Services core development team, the Technical Writer role is crucial for maintaining and organization of all product documentation for core product and client specific projects - creating an internal document package for knowledge sharing, release documents, maintaining and updating working procedures documentation within the department and documentation used within the product development life cycle.

You will work closely with development team, quality assurance team, business analysts team, product manager, project manager and designer.

Your goal is to create interesting, enthusiasm-inspiring content and easy to read, succinct documents that simplify complex details and processes so they can be read and understood by the average reader:

• We expect your written and spoken English to be excellent, as well as your communication skills. 
• A good candidate is experienced in writing in English, can use Microsoft Word and Confluence at an advanced level, is capable of maintaining a document library and has a sharp mind for grasping and explaining new things quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in working with documents or text-heavy websites
• Advanced MS Word 2017 and Confluence skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, results-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask, works under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
• Independent attitude
• Knowledge of online gaming and web technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English (higher education majoring in English is a plus)
