Opportunity: 

To find and execute new digital opportunities for business is damn hard. In Nullgravity we know it. Competitors launching dozens of initiatives day by day. Consulting companies telling you what to do. Developers just doing what are you asking them. 

As a result... Meeh... Classical business is broken. And we are here to hack it.

We are different. At least we think so. And we are honest. As you just may have noticed. 

We call ourself digital partner and product development firm. Sounds complicated? Ok. The point here is - we came to keep business on track at scale.

We drill into clients business to understand it and improve it using modern technology stack. We create brand new human-centered products or even businesses to help our partners make money. And we keep the digital transformation process clear and simple because making business is already too complicated.

Last two years we had only new contracts. Not much, but that's was more than enough to make us happy. Now we are going to scale our approach through the borders. To do this we are looking for growth marketer to share the fun of new business development at Nullgravity.

You will focus on business development strategy using growth tools and frameworks. You will do this by developing a deep understanding of the business needs of our partners and channels to acquire them. Together with a designer, SEO/SEM, PPC manager, copywriter, and Product manager you will test and optimize growth tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization. Growth marketer has to be knowledgable in HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems).

 

Your impact:

Within your first month, you will start developing a good understanding of the Nullgavity business, define the function vision, develop a strategy, and experiment plan. You will also define the communication platform, integrate technology stack into it, complete and present the results at least of two growth experiments.

By month three you will become an expert of acquisition and engagement stages. You will increase the number of growth experiments up to experiments per week, create several landing pages and lead magnets. Up and run free tools or apps that attract prospects and convert leads to new potential clients. You will automate your job by setting up additional services instruments into your martech stack.

By month six you will add more services and instrument into your martech stack ecosystem to make clear predictions, ensure the hyper-personalization and increase conversion rates. You will also execution playbooks. You will also hire your first one team member to provide growth strategies for products that we build.
