Customer Success Manager is responsible for taking restaurants from signing a contract with Allset to being a happy, active partner on the platform. In this role, you'll manage restaurant accounts during restaurant life circle.
What You'll Do:
Restaurant Onboarding
Become an expert on your accounts. Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts by fostering, recommending, creating and consistently delivering best service
Lead day-to-day management of assigned accounts, as well as overall account operations, including monitoring daily orders; quickly and efficiently resolving client issues.
Strong ability to lead, applying learnings on accounts' priorities and objectives through creative thinking and strategic problem solving
Cross-collaboration management: work collaboratively with Sales and Support teams to provide outstanding client experiences
Revenue management: proactively present clients with opportunities/ideas that will generate incremental income
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication is must (you will be on the phone all the time with the clients)
3+ years of account management, or sales experience. Experience of working at startups is a plus
Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom with the ability to quickly learn new software
Excel proficiency and data intuition
Enjoy working closely with customers and building long-lasting relationships
Outstanding, positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, from 4 pm-1 am or 3 to 12 am (Saturday&Sunday off days)
Nice to have:
IELTS Certificate (International English Language Testing System) 7.5 or higher
