YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Evaluating candidates if they meet the position requirements and prepare them for interviewing with hiring managers by providing detailed information about our company, business strategy, department pecularities, job descriptions and defining applicants' expectations
  • Organizing and conducting HR, Technical, Project, Client Interviews
  • Managing the schedule of all interviews between candidates and supply hiring manager with all information about the candidate
  • Candidate Profile completion and assuring this profile will be filled by hiring manager
  • Maintaining all interview outcomes data in the HR DB
  • Providing candidates with feedback after each interview

 

Assist Hiring Manager in

  • Gathering references and checking the background of a potential employee
  • Preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters
  • Reviewing the hiring manager interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Analyzing the external labor market compared with company needs on a permanent basis and proactively respond to it
  • Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up to date
  • Research and recommendations of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • New ways research of using the Internet for recruitment
  • Defining and sharing information about sources where to find appropriate candidates
