Requirements Manager

The product:

We are working with integration of the map platform into native Android and iOS applications which is supported through Mobile SDKs delivered. The Mobile SDKs are currently available for Internal development teams and external customers. We are looking for talented Requirement Manager/ Business Analyst who will bring their experience, intelligence and inspiration to our Mobile SDK development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirement for the map related product. The successful candidate should have a highly developed set of analytical, communication skills and consulting capability. Also, ability to present and communicate complex technical solutions both to the client and team members. He or she should be able to identify technical risks, propose solution and effectively communicate them to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project stakeholders to define project release scope, goals, deliverables, and business and software requirements;
• Contribute to requirements management process improvement and make sure it is followed by the project team and stakeholders;
• Create and maintain requirements documentation;
• Contribute the product roadmap development;
• Clearly convert business requirements into software requirements for the development team;
• Educate the development team about product features and functionality;
• Effectively manage project scope changes to ensure any change to the scope is relevant and passed the Change Mgmt. process;
• Define feature/bug acceptance criteria for dev and QA teams;
• Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product according to them.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis in IT companies;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Solid knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques, project tracking tools;
• Experience of working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability;
• Hands-on experience in JIRA & Confluence.
