Lead Generation Manager

Binariks is looking for a lead generation manager for building effective outbound campaigns, be responsible for research and development of new sales opportunities and establishment of the first contact with prospective customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generating business leads the inbound/outbound way;
  • Attracting and converting prospects into leads;
  • Building up effective communications with prospects via social media (Linkedin etc);
  • Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
  • Working with cold emails automation tools;
  • Working with CRM daily;
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans;
  • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target   companies;
  • Organization and supporting Road Show

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate English and higher;
  • Experience in Lead Generation ( at least 1 year);
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
  • Understanding of SDLC;
  • Understanding negotiation and sales process;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail: ability to find the right information
  • Self-organization and time management skills;
