Junior Information Security and Privacy Specialist for Ciklum (1900034D)

Ciklum is looking for the Junior Information Security and Privacy Specialist to join our Information Security and Privacy team in Kyiv on a full-time basis. Junior Personal Data Analyst will support our Privacy team in day-to-day operations collaborating with business, legal and delivery stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in the definition of processing activities performed on behalf of Ciklum.
• Assessment of risks connected with third parties service providers.
• Maintenance of the third parties personal data processors register.
• Assistance with maintenance of the register of processing activities performed by Ciklum.
• Assistance with privacy impact assessment preparation.
• Assistance with the definition of the risk mitigation strategies for high and medium risks defined during privacy impact assessment.
• Data Subject Access Rights registration.
• Participation in the breach management procedures conduction.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Ukrainian, in both written and oral forms.
• Interest in privacy and technology / information security.
• General understanding of privacy principles and regulations (OECD / GDPR / Law of Ukraine about personal data protection / NIST SP 800-122)
• General understanding of information security practices and controls (ISO/IEC 27001:2013 / NIST / COBIT).
• Degree level preferably in IT / Information security / Legal area (candidate from other relevant fields also may be considered).
