The world is changing rapidly, healthcare is changing as well. Patients becoming more and more educated about the diagnosis, treatments, therapy and require changes in the environment, system, tools and technologies to be aligned. The healthcare is changing to the other type of collaboration between doctor and patient, it tends to service provider to consumer relations.

We believe that technologies will empower healthcare and building brand new and modern Hospital Information System (HIS) to provide unique and reliable experience for medical staff and patients to have access to patient data all the time when it's needed.

We are building brand new and modern Hospital Information System (HIS) to provide unique and reliable experience for medical staff and patients to have access to patient data all the time when it's needed. HIS is a modular application which consist of more than 15 modules which are communicating with each other. Project is to develop Module of big medical application, which is handling all medical processes in hospitals (store, manipulate, assign appropriate treatment to patients; assign resources such as wards, nurses, doctors; document whole process of surgery, etc). We are SCRUM mad, using all the ceremonies and artifacts of the SCRUM framework.

 

YOU ARE 

  • Experienced in the Project Management (overall experience should be more, than 4 years)
  • Strong in tuning processes and building reports
  • Expert in negotiation with tough client and managing risks
  • Experenced in management of fixed price projects
  • Confident in budgeting, HR-management, Managment resource allocation across projects and teams
  • Strong-willed and stress resistant team-player

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Managing a program or portfolio of projects with total staff size of 65-80 people
  • Planning the overall program and monitoring  progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs
  • Establishing processes, procedures, reporting to manage the program
  • Managing stakeholders expectations related to the program by monitoring and increasing stakeholders' satisfaction (NPS)
  • Monitoring and increasing employee satisfaction, control attrition rate
  • Mentoring and supervising project managers of the projects in the program

 

TOGETHER WE WILL 

We are in the process of transformation of cooperation with client from Dedicated Team to Output Based Model, new type of deal which means client pay for the output that team produces on Iteration level. This transformation is complex journey which requires processes, tools and mindset transformation on both sides. It will require methodical and consistent way of monitoring and controlling Teams input (Scope and Requirements), execution of the implementation phase, comprehensive reporting, solid risks management process, negotiations during acceptance process. This transformation is challenging but on the other hand it will be good record in your CV and good story to tell.
