The Allset Sales team is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated individual to join us as a Sales Representative.

Currently available in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, Houston, Boston, Seattle, Austin, San Jose, Las Vegas, and coming to more cities soon.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin is a must
1+ years of sales experience - preferably in a Startup environment
Experience in making cold calls
Experience working with CRM (Pipedrive)
Skilled in managing and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and self-driven
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and "get things done" attitude
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, from 1 PM or 2 PM
Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calls/emails
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
