Job Description
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
• Administration of local time management system (absences, vacations, etc.)
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and newcomers' policies package
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance, taking part in internal and external audits
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management
• Assisting with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information, i.e. vacation and sick days taken
• Helping with various arrangements internally, to processing learning requests expenses and purchase orders
• Administering internal learning platform
• Onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications
• Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
• Computer literate: MS office, basic excel formulas, pivot tables are a MUST
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Strong e-mail and in-person communication skills
• Fast, efficient, quick to act, responsive, attentive to details, data-driven mind set
