Contract Lawyer (International)

BOSS. is an independent software developer and provider of gaming solutions. BOSS. develops gaming platform, affiliate system, payment solutions, own online games, and White label solutions. BOSS. Gaming provides consulting services and helps to get a license, develop strategies, offers technical and operational support and assists clients with getting business results. Company's main office is situated in Kiev.

Experience and skills required:

• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in contract law (experience in IT/gaming industry will be a plus);
• good command of legal English, upper-intermediate+
• solid experience in drafting and reviewing international contracts;
• excellent legal writing and research skills;

Main duties:

• drafting and reviewing IT-related contracts, including software assignment, distribution, licenses, trademarks, advertising, hybrid hi-tech solutions;
• drafting and reviewing other legal documents, including T&Cs, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, etc.;
• conducting legal research and analysis of various legal issues in foreign jurisdictions;
• drafting and reviewing corporate documents.
