HR Manager

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with a worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators.

With the company growth we are looking for an HR Pro, an ambitious and passionate HR Manager, to join our team of professionals and lead our human resource direction.

This position includes a variety of generalist duties that fall under the HR umbrella and by that we want to provide a great opportunity for a candidate to really have an impact on the company.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in HR management

- Skills and attitude to work with a high productivity 

- Skills and experience with hiring and benefits administration 

- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

- Ability to mentor, develop and motivate team members

- Ability to analyze and interpret data, make decisions and solve problems 

- Experience in keeping, managing and auditing confidential files and information

- Computer-proficient in common office tools

- Experience with HRM systems

- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and accessibility, multi-tasking

- Strong English, written and oral

Responsibilities:

- Management of our HR team

- Evaluation and improvement of HR processes in the company

- Recruiting and hiring

- Training and employment needs

- Employee relations and policie

- Record keeping and legal compliance (work closely with internal and external employment law professionals)

- Company branding and positioning in the HR market, collaboration with marketing team

- Trainings search and organization, people development

- Events and happiness management

- Close collaboration with heads of departments

- Other general responsibilities
