Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve interesting and challenging tasks set by the company's management. Key Accountabilities:

• Management of stuff, who is responsible for receiving, processing customer requests and extracting primary expense documents, as well as returning these documents;
• Support of contracts with customers in the context of discounts and prices.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in numerical discipline;
• At least 3 years' experience in FMCG sector (logistics);
• Good command of English language;
• Confident user Excel, "1C". The knowledge of SAP is considered an asset;
• Developed communication skills, personnel management experience, and analytical way of thinking.
