Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a experienced Accounting Supervisor for maintaining controls in financial accounting and Reviewing of all AP & AR entries in the ERP and maintaining accurate billing of invoices.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review of all AP Invoice with the service request, ensure accurate recording and accounting of all direct operating costs.

· Review of AR billing to the Client with the service request, ensure accurate recording and accounting of all direct operating revenue.

· Responsible for timely billing for all trips assigned to Ukraine:

• Fuel Trips within two days from the service dates
• Non-Fuel Trips within five days from the service dates

· Resolving issues and coordinate with inter department to expedite the billing and escalate to Dubai HO incase of any unresolved trips within agreed timeframe.

· Monitor & Manage the reconciliation of various outstations related supplier & CAA accounts and update Dubai HO with the reconciliation statement.

· Preparing ad hoc financial reporting request, other analysis and special projects as requested by management

Experience

Essential: Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a similar capacity, preferably in a business with similar processes

Desirable: Knowledge of the airline/aviation industry

Qualification

Master 's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience

· CPA /ACCA / CA Qualification is desirable.
