As a Pre-Sales Manager you are going to cooperate with internal marketing teams to plan, develop, launch, and monitor global marketing projects, including product releases, events, promotions, nurturing campaigns, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Present product value proposition to the end-customers from the technical perspective, either in co-operation with the channel (distributors and partners) or directly.
  • Provide web-based and on occasion on-site technical product demonstrations.
  • Convert customers and resellers enquires into right technical solutions. Work on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions. Identify requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition. Meet with end users to better understand their requirements if necessary.
  • Work with regional sales managers to provide pre-sales support. Work with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals and opportunities with customers.
  • Provide webinars and demonstrations, public speeches at live events for the big audience of partners or customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and training sessions to promote products and services.
  • Do Technical Pipeline Analysis and Proof-of-concept.
  • Use competition analysis and comparative studies to present it for potential customers.
  • Provide product updates and technical advice to clients - Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
  • Work closely with value-added resellers, including training and online technical product demonstration.
  • Work with sales to help secure new partners and customers.
  • Work closely with development and product teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Provide technical enablement to the company's value-added resellers through technical training. Develop and establish strong relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Solid technical background on IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, Networking, Storage Linux/Windows systems administration.
  • Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a technical pre-sales or technical sales engineering roles in the IT industry
