Recruitment Specialist/Senior Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires
- Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking
- Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process
- Delivering welcome training to new joiners
Requirements:
- University degree
- English at Upper Intermediate level
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency
- Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)
- Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills
- Understanding the whole in-house recruitment cycle
- Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian and English
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently
- Friendly, confident, attentive to details
