Main accountabilities:
- Develop and execute annual brands' plan in line with brand strategy and commercial objectives (including ATL, BTL, Digital , e.t.c.);
- Contribute into development & implementation of long-term brands' strategy by relevant category/brand performance and market analysis, identification of business issues, opportunities and source of growth for the brands' in charge;
- Propose innovations/renovations, portfolio enhancement based on market and consumers insights and trends in line with brands' strategy ; strongly contribute in cross-functional innovation process to ensure smooth and efficient product launch;
- Deep understanding of consumer needs & insights, regular monitoring of category/brand performance and brand health to identify brand issues and opportunities and propose solutions & actions to improve brands' competitive positions on the market;
- Understanding of P&L levers to contribute into effective business decisions related to product and channel mix, pricing strategy, marketing budget e.t.c.;
- Monitor constantly sales performance on national level by sales channels, regions, customers e.t.c. to identify brands' issues and opportunities and propose actions for improvement;
- Proactively cooperate with external & internal partners to achieve business targets (cross-functional team, creative, research, media agencies e.t.c);
- Lead creative & communication development process in-line with brands' positioning across all relevant channels;
- Effectively manage investment budget in line with financial brands' objectives;
- Develop an efficient communication network within other functions: cooperate with other departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply&Demand planning, Procurement, RP, Finance, Legal etc.) to deliver brands' the plan on time in full.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Finance;
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in brand management , leading brand of category;

- Knowledge of brand management process: strategic and tactical planning and execution;
- Knowledge of consumer & trade insights, experience with execution of consumer and trade activities;
- Knowledge of market research methodologies & tools;
- Experience in cooperation with Creative, Media, Research and BTL agencies;
- Experience with innovations launch;
- Knowledge of P&L levers, understanding of commercial drivers;.
- Strong analytical skills and acute attention to details;
- Strong project management skills.
- Adept at creative thinking, high quality standards;
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent Ukrainian and English.
