Delivery Coordinator is a cross functional position to support PMO function. Daily you will analyse data, identify problems and drive their resolution together with PMs, Delivery Managers and PMO as a participant of continuous improvement process. You will work not only with data, but with amazing and cheerful colleagues to support them within corporate systems (Jira, Confluence, OpenAir). The ideal candidate would be a proactive person with strong analytical & organizational skills and positive life position, someone who likes data analysis, process improvement and automation and who loves to help people do their jobs better.

 

The Role:

  • control time tracking process within Delivery, user support (Jira, OpenAir);
  • capacity booking process control & correction within Delivery, user support (OpenAir);
  • control & analyse data, facilitate of data correction, user support (Jira, OpenAir);
  • regular reports preparation, coordination and presentation (weekly, monthly);
  • new project creation & configuration by template (Jira, Confluence);
  • initiate and support data analysis initiatives within Delivery;
  • meetings management within Delivery;
  • process documentation support;
  • general PMO/Delivery support.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of working experience in Data Analysis or Process Audit & Analysis;
  • Strong logical and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills, attention to details, priorities management;
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills;
  • Exceptional internal customer service orientation and related skills;
  • Must be proficient with the use of MS Office tools (MS Excel);
  • English - Upper-Intermediate level.

 

Advantages:

  • knowledge of Agile methodologies; practical Scrum experience;
  • experience with Atlassian products administration (JIRA, Confluence) and OpenAir system;
  • experience in Software Development companies and/or Ecommerce;
  • work in Remote / International Team.
