Production Engineer

Due to continued growth MEKOPRINT CABLES, manufacturer of cable harnesses for industrial, electronic, audio and automotive applications, is currently looking for a PRODUCTION ENGINEER.

Job responsibilities:

· Analysis of customer documentation in terms of materials, labor consumption and feasibility

· Assistance in preparation of customers' request for quotation (RFQ) through production cost estimations

· Preparation of bills of materials, definition of production tools and process

· Preparation and management of production process documentation

· Developing manufacturing methods and delivery of new products into production

· Verification of production costs during and after product launch phase

Requirements:

· Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree in a technical discipline, with preference for industrial engineering

· Minimum 2 years of professional experience from a production company on equivalent position

· Ability to read engineering drawings and understand the final product

· Proficient knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software packages, e.g. ZUKEN, CAD, SolidWorks, ARCADIA, etc.

· Proficient knowledge of both English and Polish

· Strong technical knowledge of processes and components used in wire harness manufacturing

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

· Knowledge of ERP or MRP systems

· Good communication skills with international mindset

· Ability to work in a team and under time pressure

· Analytical thinking
