777 Media is a rapidly growing online marketing company located in Kyiv, currently looking for a professional, highly-motivated and proactive HR Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting talents to meet the company's business needs;
• Effectively manage the pool of candidates to ensure execution of recruitment strategy on time and with high quality;
• Contribute to the employer branding strategy;
• Active participation in office life, including birthday parties, anniversary parties, and corporate parties;
• Establish strong cooperation with line managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
• Manage or contribute to projects in relation to the current needs of the team or organization.

Skills & requirements:

• University Degree;
• Solid recruitment experience (at least half a year) in IT industry;
• Managerial experience;
• Passion for recruitment, energy, and enthusiasm;
• Ability to target qualified candidates and screen resumes identifying potential matches;
• Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
• Desire to provide the highest level of service;
• Superb communication skills; a compelling, clear communicator able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
• High tolerance to stress and personal time management;
• High analytical skills and learning ability;
• Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate: written and verbal).
