Key Account Manager

Nowadays we are looking for a person for full-time position of Key Account Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Logistics/Management Degree is welcomed).
  • 3 + years of International Sales, Customer Service (B2B sales).
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Professional knowledge and skills: knowledge and experience in global, multi-site, multi-cultural organization; a good level understanding of the pharmaceutical industry; national and international sales techniques knowledge; budget management experience; strong numeracy skills; has self-awareness and cares about the impact they may have on others; excellent sales and negotiation skills; strategic thinker and good commercial acumen.
  • Personal qualities: punctual and organized; logical and methodical and exceptional attention to details; approachable and able to effectively build honest relationships with a diverse range of people; ability to think innovatively to problem solve; determination and commitment to completing each job to the highest standard and on time; ability to effectively adapt to change to deliver a quality service; effectively communicates with all colleagues, clients and suppliers, professionally, honestly and timely, gaining feedback from colleagues and peers to achieve personal growth and improve effectiveness.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Searching and attracting new clients and managing existing customers network.
  • Monitoring and coverage of new markets.
  • Conducting negotiations, pricing and mutually beneficial proposals of company services.
  • Concluding commercial contracts (including renewals), invoicing, control billing.
  • Notify the Project Management team about each contact being executed for providing services agreed with the client.
  • Preparing presentations, participating in the conferences, exhibitions.
