What you'll be doing...

• Be proactive and work closely with the engineering teams to enhance our practices and improve our process;
• Monitoring and update the incident processing;
• Monitoring the current status of the system;
• Monitoring of the suspect transactions;
• Filling and support of the Knowledge Base, Production playbook;
• Monitor tickets filling rules;
• Analyzing logs;
• Control of the correct process of delivery applications, verify that the delivery process is followed by requests.

Requirements:

• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting systems;
• Nice to have - Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus;
• Familiarity of monitoring tools and log collection and analyze systems;
• Familiarity with software monitoring and alerting systems;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Good reading/written English.

Will be a plus:

• Basic familiarity with cloud technologies;
• Basic knowledge one or more of any development language;
• Basic familiarity and understanding of network theory.
