Talent Management Office Assistant

We are looking for detail-oriented person with time management and self-organizational skills to our Talent Management Office (HR\Recruiting\Resource\ Professional Development teams). You will be part of the team and responsible for coordination reporting, budgets and manage deadlines within Unit.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 1+ years experience at administrative/back office position;
• English - C1 Advanced level (would be great to have a person with an English Teacher experience);
• Ability to stay focused under load with routine tasks;
• Experience with Power BI and Excel (Reporting);
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite;
• Good communication skills;
• Detail Oriented, calm and introvert.
