Part-time Accountant for IT company

Accountant 

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional and experienced Accountant to help organize and conduct financial processes in our company.

Knowledge of English - Intermediate is a must.

Experience of working in IT companies is highly preferred.

Working hours are flexible, remote work + office visits (to be discussed).

Salary: 450$.

Position and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, doing bookkeeping and preparing reports. Other job responsibilities include:

* PE accounting

* Designing of corporate accounting standards, policies, and methodologies

* Organizing accounting/bookkeeping

* Providing external economic activities

* Monitoring and analyzing accounting data within monthly, quarterly and yearly closing

* Assuring the company taxes are calculated and paid according to the local legislation including review and approval of tax declarations and advising management on needed actions.

* Processing the calculation and payment of taxes and submitting all reports and documents needed on behalf of independent contractors (Private Entrepreneurs) (11-15 people)

* Maintaining payroll data and documentation; preparing and processing payroll (every 2 weeks)

* Preparing financial statements in accordance with local standards (and, maybe, US GAAP standards), financial and statistical reporting;

* Keeping inventory

* Handling financial databases to ensure all business transactions are recorded and that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

* Preparing and reviewing budgets, revenue, expenses, balance sheet, payroll entries, invoices, profit and loss statement, and other accounting documents

* Managing accounts receivable and issuing documents to clients

* Managing accounts payable and performing reconciliations

* Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients

* Interacting with internal and external auditors in completing audits

* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
