Job accountability area

Ensuring of effectiveness the exclusive sales channel

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Involve in process of development and support of exclusive channel development strategy
  • Development and regular post-analysis of motivation programs, detailed analysis of existing plans/targets (devices and operator's products), motivation programs, etc. and choice effective ways to reach goals for the channel.
  • Conduct negotiations with partners and potential partners with regards of new shops openning or low performance shops closing, new partners search, sales increase, terminal business, etc.
  • Development, set and control performance indicators, plans, targets, budgeting, standards, and processes in exclusive channel and control fulfillment plans of regionals sales teams in line with development strategy of channel.
  • Conducting regular audit of exclusive retail channels work regarding standards following up.
  • Provide sales of terminals, devices and other operator's products in exclusive channel of Company throught close collaboration with other functions of lifecell and implementation projects to increase efficiency of channels.
  • Organization, implementation and provision of timely communication with partners of sales channels at the professional level about new tariffs, services, actions and motivational programs.
  • Monitoring of market pricing, fines, incentive and loyalty programs of competitors in exclusive channel, control of their market activity and implementation necessary actions/processes to ensure the efficiency of the exclusive channel on the market.
  • Close collaboration with Turkcell for best practice sharing and implementation.
  • Provide and control process of the opening / closing stores in line with current procedures and terms.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Working experience: minimum 3 years in sales
  • Language skills Russian, Ukrainian - fluent, English - advanced (good writing and oral)
  • PC Skills Experienced PC user (MS Windows, MS Office) Power Point, Excel
  • Communicable, honest, proactive, industriousness.
  • Strong analytical thinking, high written and oral communication skills, planning and organization, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to details, desire to develop
