Description

The Zone leader is responsible for his zone, like a manager of the boutique. He is the direct coach of some people in the zone, but not necessarily everyone. 

The Zone leader is also an OmniSportPlayer, responsible for a sport or an alley in the store, to show the example.

My responsibilities 

• I plan and organize resources to effectively meet the needs and requests of sports users (permanence, organization, security, personnel administration)
•  I am an entrepreneur in my omnichannel business: I make the necessary decisions with my team to guarantee our economic objectives to create value.
• I’m responsible for the good quality of the layout and stock in my zone. 
• I’m responsible of planning organization, i make sure that the team organization is adapted to customer flow and needs 
• I guarantee the availability of my products; I manage the linear organization in store 
• I guarantee 100% satisfaction of our users; listen to their feedback and act accordingly
• I recruit sport lovers and future leaders
• I love people, users, customers, and products.
• I am focused on the "why" and not on the "how". You are not afraid of giving your confidence.
• I speak English well. French would be a +

My profile

• I love sport and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all.

• I have 4-5 years of professional experience
