Airline representative

Partner of Ernest Airlines in Ukraine is looking for the Airline Representative at Pegasus Airlines Boryspil Airport Office.

AIRLINE REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise flights check-in and ground handling processes;

Assist customers in case of flight irregularities;

Liaise with the local airport, customs and immigration authorities;

Provide customers with excellent service at any area of the airport;

Manage all activities related to the interests of the company at the airport;

Supervise seat allocation, passenger manifesting, and baggage weighing, labeling and loading in accordance with the airline rules;

Meet and liaise with crew upon arrival and before departure the aircraft.

Requirements:

Higher education (Bachelor or Master degree);

Attention to details at work;

Fluency (oral and written) in English;

Readiness to work under high pressure and on irregular working hours;

Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in the aviation industry would be preferable;

Applicants without experience will be considered as well.
