Customer Support Agent with French

We are growing and have an open position of Customer Support Agent with French.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support via email, live chat;
  
• Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;
  
• Entering data into a CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills in French English;
• Responsible, deadline driven and result-oriented individual;
  
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
  
• Experience working with Zendesk, as a plus.
