Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Compilation of various HR reports: monthly Headcount status report, monthly QHSE reporting (HR part), Annual Organizational management report, Annual HR reporting check, recruitment reporting, etc.
- Coordination of international assignments in accordance to global directive and local specifics.
- Implementation and realization of global changes related to Mobility, Country profile revision and annual update.
- Support of Compensation and Benefits processes: preparation of data checks and interaction with Global HR direct on the problematic issues.
- Administration of internal relocation.
- Job evaluation process support, including Job Descriptions update and database maintenance.
- Comprehensive support of recruitment activities: job portals maintenance and administration, collaboration with recruiting agencies.
- Full cycle recruitment for entry middle-level positions.
- Maintenance of e-recruiting, bayer.ua recruiting page and feed-back management.
- Trainings and development programs support and administration, ensuring compliance with the company procedures and business needs coverage.
- Recruitment, training and outsourcing contract management, tender initiation and leading, payments management according to the internal procedures.
- HR communications for newsletter compilation.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in HR at multinational company
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution ability
- Attentiveness to details
- Knowledge of HR-Finance and IT systems
- Fluent in English (oral and written), native Ukraine or Russian
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of ERP systems
