Copywriter (HR Department)

We are looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise texts for internal publications, social media, and website. Your words will inform and engage team members and potential candidates.

Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Write a clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice;

• Content development for press releases, articles, case studies, webpage, social media, newsletters, video, scenario, presentations;

• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements;

• Collaborate with HR, designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale HR marketing projects;

• Conduct high-quality research and interviews;

• Edit and proofread copy as needed;

• Use SEO principles to maximize the copy's reach;

• Source images and other content.

Creative copywriter should:

• Have proven experience as a copywriter or related role;

• Have knowledge of online content strategy and creation;

• Be highly creative and imaginative;

• Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct texts;

• Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets;

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Work well in a team and with a range of creative people;

• Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively;

• Be highly self-motivated and well organized;

• Be able to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback;

• Work within strict budgets;

• Have an eye for detail;

• Possess good people and project management skills;

• Have an advanced level of English.
