Sales Coordinator

Currently we are looking for Sales Coordinator, with principal location in Kyiv

Reporting to: Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

• Develop analytical reports and presentation based on the requests of Sales Director
• Provide administrative and organizational support
• Prepare and translate of letters, contracts
• Control documents flow
• Liaise with clients and other staff

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Master degree in Economic, Finances
• 1+ experience as Assistant, Analyst
• Perfect analytical skills, attentive to details
• MS Office advanced user (MS Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Good command of Ukrainian, Russian, upper-intermediate in English is a must
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
