About the Role

What You'll Do

• Drive Company's Employer Branding Strategy in the Ukraine

• Develop and manage company's internal and external communication through different channels

• HR event management (organization any HR activities)

• Developing creative ways to draw prospective employees and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media

• Work with expanding the Company's online presence on different employment sites

• Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity. Work with US Marketing department to localize brand

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of Experience in Employer Brand Communications with focus on Employer Brand building and supporting;

• Successful experience in HR field in multinational company will be a plus;

• Extensive knowledge of social media;

• Good project management skills and attention to details;

• Experience in media planning;

• Excellent communication, prioritization and analytical skills;

• Degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related field;

• Intermediate and a higher level of spoken and written English
