Junior Project Coordinator

IT company is looking for a Project Coordinator, who combines people skills with attention to details and a "get things done" approach.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating HR Activities;
• Coordinating Operation/Service Support (IT, Office, Events);
• Coordinating recruitment process;
• Welfare activities;
• Training and Event activities;
• Employee relations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Concierge Service Specialist or Customer Support (including compensation, trainings, welfare operation and other areas of professional services);
• Experience from an international hi-tech/mobile/internet company - advantage;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions and evaluate outcome;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professionalism, assertiveness, independence, initiative.
