Intern QA Engineer

What You Will Be Doing

• Assures project meets quality standards by planning, designing, and executing testing within multiple small projects or a single complex project;

• Writes & reproduces accurate software problem reports;

• Assists in creating test cases. Creates test data for multiple or complex projects;

• Defines regression tests for future projects;

• Participates in production verification and validation. Performs testing for multiple or complex projects & retests as necessary;

• Decision making under pressure and work on tasks with minimum supervision;

• Reviews and reports complex test results. Identifies test issues and reports to QA Team Lead and PM.

What You Need for this Position

• At least 0.5 years of experience with manual testing. Game development is preferable;

• A passion for mobile and console games;

• Understanding of the software development process including analysis, design, system and user testing, problem resolution. Works on multiple projects concurrently;

• Participates in reviews of business requirements, GDD;

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;

• Experience with Bug tracking system (Jira), Wiki (Confluence), Google Docs, Test management software (TestRail).

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of Unity3D, Version Control System (Git,Perforce, etc..);

• Web debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, Developer tool etc.);

• xCode, Android Studio;

• HTML5, CSS, Client Server architecture;

• Databases (SQL, MySQL etc..).
