THE ROLE

As lead IT recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting developers and managing recruitment department.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years overall experience in IT company

  • Solid experience with recruiting process development,

  • Great people management skills - to be able to inspire, lead and develop young talents

  • Strong interpersonal skills (interact and communicate with co-workers and managers).

  • Excellent communication skills and at least intermediate strong English level

  • Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership ability

Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy's requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;

  • Managing the recruitment department

  • Cooperation with project managers during the recruiting process, counseling managers on candidate selection;

  • Job market analyses and reviews;

  • Participating in other HR projects (recruiting events, IT conferences, job fairs, etc.)
