THE ROLE
As lead IT recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting developers and managing recruitment department.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years overall experience in IT company
Solid experience with recruiting process development,
Great people management skills - to be able to inspire, lead and develop young talents
Strong interpersonal skills (interact and communicate with co-workers and managers).
Excellent communication skills and at least intermediate strong English level
Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
Outstanding organizational and leadership ability
Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy's requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
Managing the recruitment department
Cooperation with project managers during the recruiting process, counseling managers on candidate selection;
Job market analyses and reviews;
Participating in other HR projects (recruiting events, IT conferences, job fairs, etc.)
