All American Medical Centers and partner facilities are recognized by the worlds leading healthcare institutions and are fully licensed hospitals and clinics.

At this time we are looking for a Human Recourses Administrator

Key requirements:

  • Fluent English;
  • University degree.
  • Developed computer skills (MS Office, Internet searching, Outlook);
  • Experience in Human Resources Department;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly;
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate the outcome;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative;

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by supporting all office functions;
  • Be a point of contact for employees & guests in any administrative matter:
  • Manage all HR activities: onboarding, performance review, probation period control, termination, retention process etc.;
  • Communication and interaction with internal departments;
  • Identify areas that could be streamlined and create better employee experience;
  • Create the policies and procedures and ensure that they are up to date and legally compliant;
  • Promote the corporate culture, the values and mission of the company cooperate with the Marketing team for building and evolving our brand;
  • Work with the specialists, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining positive atmosphere in the company;
  • Provide first line support to the specialists and managers on Human Resources issues, including answering questions, researching and resolving issues.
  • Control of the documenflow;
  • Coordination of employees business trips - hotels, tickets reservation;
