Project Manager

8allocate is a service IT outsourcing company. We are located in the center of Kiev, but our team is 50% remote and distributed. 

We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.

We are looking for Project Manager to join our team for successful project delivery in time in scope and in a budget.

- Ability to manage teams of 5+ people and deliver multiple projects

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in contract preparation and negotiation

- Experience in proposal preparation and presentation 

- Risks, issues and scope management

- Strong intermediate level of English

- Knowledge/understanding of PMBOK, Scrum Guide

- Understanding of SDLC

With whom you would interact?

Direct subordination of Head of Delivery. The main tasks come from her. 

Direct subordinates and further may appear together with the growth of the project.

Work in conjunction with contractors and developers, frequent communication with partners and subcontractors.

Work Schedule and location

Flexible: it is not necessary to sit out from 09:00 to 18:00. You can work from home 1 day a week. If you want, you can come earlier and, accordingly, leave earlier (+/- 2 hours). The workplace in the office is in two steps (actually less than 1 minute!) from the metro station Pecherskaya. Every day you can have lunch here in a new place - the full abundance of options.

What is the interviewing process?

1. 1st stage: communication with the recruiter by skype (up to 30 minutes)
2. 2nd stage: personal meeting or skype call (if you are not in Kiev) with Head of Delivery Kateryna Haskova (1 hour)
3. 3rd stage Technical homework after the personal meeting (takes 1-2 hours)
   
4. Final stage: (optional) - phone call or meeting with our CEO, could be combined with 2nd stage (1 hour)
