Requirements

• Events coordination experience

• Administrative or teaching experience in the university

• Experience in HR and L&D related position would be a great plus

• Good presentation skills and efficient communication skills

• Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines

• Google documents and MS office

Responsibilities

• Coordinating calendar of universities events to be held in the company and at university premises (speakers, list of topics, logistics)

• Organizing the company's participation in universities events - olympiads, hackathons, conferences

• Making presentations at the events

• Collecting PR materials for events

• Collecting registration and feedback from attendees and other stakeholders.

• Cooperation with other departments on university project
