IT Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate recruiter who is keen on of digging deeper and attracting precious professionals in JS, QA, Erlang, Golang and Mobile sphere and even in other rare tech stacks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with in-house technical recruiting (IT positions);
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruitment;
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
• Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
• Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up;
• Experience in using different searching tools;
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
• Excellent communication and networking skills;

Will be a plus:

• Experience in headhunting;

Your Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals (searching, pre-screening, pre-interviewing, feedbacks);
• Developing and maintaining Candidates' database;
• Organization and participation in technical interviews, preparation CVs for customers;
• Creating of job descriptions, vacancy posting;
• IT-Market analysis;
• Developing the new strategy for searching and attracting candidates;
