About the Project: Platinium Group (PG) occupies a prominent role in the ticketing industry, interacting with some of the biggest names of the Sports and Entertainment businesses. The company provides its infrastructure and technologies to international event organizers across the world such as Formula1, MotoGP/Motocross, ATP, Juventus, etc. A stable team which contains 20+ members and 2 team leaders is successfully performing at the moment at Echo's office.

 

Required skills:

  • Proven РНР experience 3+ years (Symfony would be a plus)
  • Experience in managing team 1+ year;
  • Experience with modern Javascript Frameworks like AngularJS/VueJS;
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases such as MySQL;
  • Experience with Docker;
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins;
  • Agile organization and methodologies (Kanban, Scrum);
  • English: Upper-Intermediate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical leader and manager of your team (70% management and 30% coding);
  • Oversee the technologies, tools, and techniques used within the team;
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines;
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
  • Gain enough business knowledge to be able to actively participate in specifying software solutions;
  • Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule;
  • Code review and code quality control;
  • Writing reusable, testable and efficient code if needed.
