Responsibilities:
- Prepare local and international travel arrangements for staff, including airfare, hotel and car rentals based on organization's travel policy and ensure proper management/client approval are obtained;
- Communicate with the management, project managers, and personnel to resolve various travel related questions;
- Track travel/visit expenses within allocated budgets;
- Organize customers' visits;
- Process business visas for staff;
- Organize transferring project equipments;
- Organize corporate trips and team-buildings abroad.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years administrative office experience including work experience in tourism (international tourism, visa department);
- Experience with online booking systems;
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to interact effectively within office team, personnel, and management;
- Attentiveness and carefulness while working with documents;
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
- Well-organized and reliable.
