Job Description

• Stakeholder management
• Scope gathering and planning
• Facilitation of 3 scrum teams (up to 15 developers)
• KPI tracking and analysis
• Reporting
• People management: conflict management, motivation
• Risk management

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years project management experience in IT
• Deep understanding of SDLC
• Experience of long/mid/short term planning for scrum teams, change management
• Management of multiple scrum teams
• Understanding of web development principles
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Upper intermediate English
