MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Execution & Lead Management
  • Review current pipeline trends together with GB (General Business) Head of Sales organization and GB Development Manger/Digital Demand Manager) to help define the gaps in the current pipelines and to define the campaign plans. Additionally, align and work with Sales, Marketing and Presales + COEs (Center of Excellence) on the development and execution of sales plays.
  • Lead is any kind of interest from potential customer in any solution.
  • Lead should be qualified and in case of productive interest is then transformed into the opportunity (current project Sales Manager works on).
  • Generate and qualify leads via calls (mainly) as well as via social network, e.g. social listening (monitoring of needs of the potential customers, e.g. potential customer will post a need for a solution - we can see and react to it by offering the solution) and execution of Demand Generation campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify leads through different approaches (call/outbound email/video engagement/phone campaigns, email actions aligned with Marketing and Sales. Strong focus on cooperation in order to reach out to the necessary person.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to sales for sales stage execution. Using CRM system to pass possible opportunity to the sales department (Working with CRM system to insert the possible opportunity, registering for the leads in the system). GB Manager with the Business Manager will define a focus solution, e.g. Success factor solution for HR, or Ariba solution for Procurement.
  • Regularly review lead/ opportunity pipeline and progression. Maintaining of the updates of the opportunities.
  • Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback/reporting to Marketing on campaign effectiveness and performance for continuous improvement, connecting the sales and marketing activities. Follow up of the marketing activities, e.g. cold calling.

Opportunity and Lead Nurturing

  • Support follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycle. Pushing of some leads where the interest is very low in order to increase the interest by using activities e.g. to invite for marketing events, sharing additional information/ material.
  • Plan activities in close alignment with sales executives for most efficient opportunity acceleration.
  • Arrange initial customer meetings for Sales to push leads and opportunities along Sales funnel.

Data entry in CRM/Franchise Sales Process Execution

  • Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly based on Franchise Sales Process
  • Be responsible for customer data base (contact details) updating (both in CRM and other data bases)
  • Using CRM system to maintain data in the system, creation of the leads (request about basic data of the customer, creation of the lead based on the obtained data).

Training & Enablement

  • Participate in activities to enhance digital demand generation and product/solution skills
  • Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-lead activities

POSITION TELE SALES ROLE

  • This position assumes calls to potential clients and then providing this information to the sales department. Therefore, we would focus on an extravert with strong communication skills, opened to build relationship, very proactive approach within the given task
  • Experience in call center/ Telesales activities is an advantage
  • At least intermediate level of English (all the e-learning training sessions are in English, internal communication), necessary for the development of the person. In case of good candidate with poor English - to be considered.
  • Ukrainian and Russian languages are requited
  • Occasional HO (home office)
  • Attention to details and high level of self-organization
  • Desire to learn
