For international group of companies in Kyiv we are searching for outstanding candidates with experience in USA and Europe markets.
Responsibilities:
- Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
- Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals;
- Develop and implement business performance measurements (KPIs) for the sales team to facilitate upward and lateral reporting;
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute the most efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies;
- Verify the CRM is updated with activities and next steps for all leads and opportunities;
- Any other related activities in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales USA and Europe markets;
- Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps;
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with an ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing environment;
- Strategic thinking skills who asks why and looks for alternate ways to achieve goals;
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
- High energy, positive attitude, result-oriented, and excellent communication/presentation skill;
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to details;
- Computer skills including Outlook, Google Drive, CRMs;
- Fluent English.
