Currently, we are looking for a Head of HR who will be responsible for driving and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan, specifically in the areas of growth and scalability, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development.
Main Requirements
- 3+ years of experience on HRD/HRG/Head of HR position in IT Company (100+ employees)
- Experience in the successful implementation of performance review, recruitment, people management programs.
- Fluent in English
- Knowing the modern concepts of HR management, possessing all the necessary tools of staff recruitment, training, assessment, compensation and benefits.
- Openness, diplomacy, people understanding.
- Optimism. Confidence that from any situation you can find a way out;
- Strong leadership skills, a team player, willing to collaborate and share best practices;
- Able to work under pressure and manage a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives and tasks;
Responsibilities:
- Building an effective human resources management department to ensure the Company's sustainable development as it grows;
- Statement/reorganization of the key processes associated with HR management (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning &Development, Coordination with Payroll, HR-administration);
- Further development of the best practices in HR management;
- Development of the corporate culture strategy and internal communications;
- Implementation and management of the cultural change programs making employees conscious of the workflow and awareness of their impact on the Company's operations.
- Providing support to Line Managers in implementing programs and services relative to employee management.
- Assisting in the development of the annual budget, including company needs and priorities.
- Implementing the employee retention program
