Customer Service Coordinator

UPM Raflatac is one of the world's leading producers of self-adhesive label materials. We supply high-quality paper and film label stock for consumer product and industrial labelling through a global network of factories, distribution terminals and sales offices.

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR for a temporary position to join our UPM Raflatac Sales team in Kiev.

What you'll do

• Customer relationship management.
• Order management - progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties, proactive intervention in process disturbance situations, optimizing load to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
• Customer data maintenance.
• Complaints handling - including entry, progression as well as the internal coordination and customer communication.
• Customer communication related to pricing, products, sales conditions, technical questions and supply chain.
• Technical consultation on the recommendation of the product, organization and control of samples and testing, technical documentation and brochures.
• Sales support - including search and information analysis, support in pricing.
• Proactive activities including product promotion and case follow up.

Who you are

• You have at least 1 year experience in customer service, logistics or similar area.
• You can communicate fluently in Ukrainian and Russian and you are good in English
• You have Supply Chain knowledge.
• You poses a customer service mindset, able to build, maintain and improve customer relations and focus on understanding of customer needs.
• You pay attention to detail and work with high accuracy.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have good organizational skills and can prioritize your workload.
• You are flexible and open to changes.
• You like solving problems in order to achieve win-win solutions.
• You are interested in developing your product and technical knowledge.
• You have experience or you are interested in working in a Continual Improvement environment.
