Nowadays our company is developing and growing and therefore we are looking for a person for full-time position of Investment Project Analyst.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Quantitative Economics or business-related fields.
• 1+ year of experience
• English - not less than Upper-Intermediate.
• Experienced user of Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Project Management System (MS Project, Wrike etc.).
• Professional knowledge and skills:  financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills, ability to work with data and tables in Excel, organizational skills, conducting negotiation, business correspondence.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, accuracy and prudency, ability to meet deadlines, excellent analytical skill, ability to learn fast, good organizational and communicative skills; positive attitude towards innovations, proactive standing and ability for full involvement.

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluate of cost-effectiveness and risk in investment projects.
• Prepare business plans and financial models.
• Support project manager with planning, execution and result monitoring of investment projects.
• Make schedules for the project and see that the project should be completed on time.
• Manage project financials such as invoice tracking, forecasting and project budget vs. actual. keeping track of the expenses on a project and handling the total budget of the project.
• Сollect data regarding the project and keeps a record of it in Project Management System (MS Project, Wrike etc.).
• Coordinate project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners' meetings.
• Manage project aspects such as work plan guidance to project team and monitor quality assurance of project implementation.
• Prepare project documents and status reports.
• Train and answer questions related to an organization's project management standards and applications.
• Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations.
