  1. 1. Job OutputContribute towards sales and profitability in specifications, sales of product portfolio range, grid systems. Consolidate distributor and contractor loyalty.
  2. 2. Key Processes (Ownership/Participation):Distributors· Responsibility for sales budget achievement within own territory (Ukraine)

· Ensure Armstrong products stocked ahead of competitor material

· Build strong personal relationships with distributor partners

Contractors· Support contractor loyalty program

· Provide contractors with regular project leads

· Regular call cycle for main diffused market contractors

· Visit sites to find out what product specified/maintain Armstrong specification

Architects, designers· Follow up all commercial projects to gain specifications

· Maintain and operate projects through project tracking system (SalesForce.com)

· Build strong relationships with top architects and designers within territory

· Develop comprehensive knowledge of territory

· Develop comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and strategies

· Introduce new products into territory

· Develop strategy to achieve own territorial targets

· Effective expense control and company car maintenance

· Make 3-5 productive visits per day

· Actively change competitive specifications to Armstrong

· Develop basic selling skills and product/technical knowledge - must have covered minimum training in these areas

· Will typically cover main cities of Ukraine

  1. 3. Organizational Relationships:Report to Territory sales representative

Leadership Accountabilities:Will need to be closely supervised and coached regularly by Territory sales representative

  1. 4. Key Customers and SuppliersExternal:Contractors, distributors and specifiers

Internal:Sales management, internal sales group, Customer Order Service Europe

Team Involvement:Required to be highly motivated team player

  1. 5. Value Added Activities:Development of long term customer, diffused market and specifier relationships

Develop contacts within major main contractor organizations

  1. 6. Requirements:EducationQualified candidate would be a specialist with a strong understanding of sales process and deep knowledge of modern construction business methods and techniques. Technical/Engineering University degree is a must.

ExperienceThe potential candidate for the above-mentioned role at the company should have following skills:

· Not less than 3 years proven and successful sales / customer support / after sales experience within (preferably) western companies.

· Specialization: industrial/construction/building companies.

· Experience leading projects independently or in team

· Excellent technical skills

· Good analytic, planning and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Readiness for the intensive business trips

· English - working level (nice to have)

CompensationThe compensation for this position will include a competitive annual base salary plus performance bonus. Social package according to the company's standard policy (medical insurance and mobile phone compensation, company car, laptop, etc) will be offered.
