Bayer Ukraine, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

Regulatory Affairs Manager

Purpose of the position:

Manage and coordinate Bayer regulatory activities in Ukraine for Crop Protection portfolio (CPP) with potential Seed and Traits portfolios extension.

Key Tasks:

• Ensure leadership and regulatory compliance in the field of sustainable agriculture and maintain License to Operate through accountability for consistent implementation of prioritized stewardship measures;
•  Manages CPP submission for state testing and further registration.  Comply with required submission timeline and ensure compliance of dossiers content with specific national requirements;
•  Controls registration trials performance according to a designated scheme. Ensures timely and quality reports of toxicological and biological institutions, hygienic evaluation;
• Handle specific regulatory activities during life cycle management of products: change in composition, conditions of uses, label extension. Ensures delivery of labels reflecting the efficient GAP profile as required according to a national and local legislation;
•  Budget planning for state testing: effective management of property and resources;
•  Ensure regulatory compliance and defend the commercial and regulatory license to operate for Bayer products;
•  Be ready for job scope exposure to seed registration, movement, labeling and marketing.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• University degree in agriculture or biology, ecology, toxicology.
•  Proven expertise and knowledge, >2 years of experience in the area of CPP registration. 
•  Knowledge of local laws, state decrees, regulations and other documents in the area of CPP state testing & registration.
•  Knowledge in seed regulatory affairs is advisable but not mandatory. Be ready to developed awareness of the rules and regulations, related to seed registration, movement, labeling and marketing.
•  Communication experience with registration and public authorities.
•  Negotiations skills.
•  Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Proactive.
• English level - Intermediate.
